This is what I did with ours. More of a PITA then I thought it would be (what isn't on a boat) but I think its going to be worth it in the end Before Almost after (first coat of primer still wet) sorry could not get pic to rotate.

This is Prop Speed after almost 2 years. The boat was only run 25 hours in that time. To me it seems to work good if you run regularly at a high speed. If you run slow or not much at all its not worth the time or price IMA.

I had the same thing happen about two years ago. I decided to build my own and vent them into the engine room vent box. At least that way if the valve fails it well poop out side:) Can't seem to rotate the pic but you get the idea.
