At 18 kts. that boat is much more IN the water than flying OVER it, and as Chris points out, you get torsional flex and every other kind of flex on the superstructure & decks. At 25 kts. and above as a steady diet for cruise speed, you'd be needing a lot of beefed up rigidity in the house to not have probs with the glass, IMHO.seacolt said:Paul45c , Is this because of the pounding affect ?
