Right you are Chris. I've been to Topsail Island too. But unfortunately, all has forgotten about Hazel, the East coast "Katrina" which flattened everything in '54.

I am well familiar with the FL coast. As I tried to communicate to you recently of my experiences in Port St. Joe (where me and the admiral got married) I never heard a response. We had a town home in Mexico Beach. After Opal hit in '95 I couldn't believe that match box was still standing. What memories!!

A town of 140 population? Newport? Aurora?

PS, ever wonder why "Bubba and his cousins are all in the paint contracting business? Cause non of them can pass a "pee" test!
