Roger,

thanks for the heads up. Walter P and I have made our request. Look forward to seeing you there!

I spent some time with Roger yesterday discussing the event. I've volunteered Incentive as a classroom/reference and will have her docked at JB for the duration. Y'all just have to be nice on the critiques, y'hear?

The tuition fee really just covers all the meals and goodies and other expenses. If someone is hard up for $$ you may want to contact me or Tim Powell about free accommodations. (Snide remark: if you can't afford $280 or $560 for two, you aren't anywhere near ready to own one of these boats!).

I'm really looking forward to this, I missed last year because as usual we dawdled down south for too long. This will salvage some value from staying here in ENC this miserable winter!

George,
I tried to send a PM re:accommodations, but your box is full. Airpilot and I are all signed up. It sure is gracious of you to donate your boat for the cause.

Sky; PM box is now cleaned up and opened. As previously offered, the guest staterooms (two twins in the VIP and bunks in the forward) are available on a first come first serve basis. I can also pick some folks up at the New Bern (EWN) airport Sunday afternoon.

One of my PMs pointed out how rude I am, which likely has a kernel of truth, so, note bene!

If weather permits we are planning on flying in and renting a car if weather wont play in our favor them we will have to fly in commercial (or maybe I can talk Robby into taking a road trip if my chauffeur will be available) Either way we will have a car if we can be of any assistant.

there are five seats left in the school. there are alot of topics to discuss so if you are coming please be ready for long days with lots of knowledge shared with each other.

Looking forward to it - request is in!

A couple of questions:
Will there be an attendee roster posted or sent?
Is this open only to Hatteras owners? (it seems that the title implies that)

I believe that not only will knowledge be obtained from the staff and speakers, but also from other owners attending, many of which have extensive experience with their boats. IMO, non owners or perspective owners will add little if any input. Seeing that the class size is limited, owners should at the very least have priority over others to attend this class.

this would be a good class for people that are going to buy a Hatteras and will let all you that have Hatteras a chance to sell yours or talk to someone about what to look for in a boat. I do not know of anyone that is coming that owns any other brand. We are talking about doing a school for other brands that we sell and that school will be posted on their forum sites.

You mean that there are OTHER brands?

Roger,
I sent you a personal PM and will attend if seating is still available.

Two or three of us from Michigan are driving down. We're picking up another guy at the Raleigh/Durham airport on our way. This works out great, but he is flying back out of there late Wednesday and we didn't plan to head home until Thursday AM.

Will anybody else be going back up to Raleigh on Wednesday afternoon that could give him a ride? If not, he may have to get another flight out of New Bern to get up there.

I sent an email to Kendra and would like to start a waiting list for May. my wife just said she would love to visit her friends in Morehead. I wont need accommodations. advise if a spot opens up. thanks.
