Just an FYI, trades for motorhomes or travel trailers are off the table. I just bought a 5th wheel yesterday which will become my transitional home. Just couldn't see having my son try and live with me on the 41 for a week at a time as he needs room to play. Luckily I have a nice lake lot to set this thing up on that's about 15 miles from my current home. I'll still consider trades for smaller (as in trailerable) boats.Well, I'm back in divorce mode again, and I think this one it going to take. I'm still looking for offers and/or trades for a motorhome or travel trailer. Outside of that, drastic times call for drastic measures. If some of you rich boys want to buy me out, I'll leave the HOF after these boats are gone.

Im having a hell of a time hunting down a affordible slip. Today I got quoted $800 plus electricity for a slip!!! I think Ive found a decent slip just have to make sure its deep enough.

I will shoot him a pm. The biggest boat in town thats not commercial is only 70ft so finding a slip is tricky. I really want a outboard dock, the T end would be great. No worries of hitting other boats while running on one engine.
