He wasn't a federal air marshall but was certified by TSA to be armed while piloting his routes.

Wow even more comforting!

It's history!

You can probably save the prop.

Maybe the upside prop.

No more Long Island Ice Tea for me.

And the Tv dome should still be good :p

No reason for it to be on it side beside the fact you have all these Gov agency's standing around saying we should do this or maybe that, and what if

That should have been off the beach in 24 hrs.

I'm sad a drunk douchebag can land a 27 year old girlfriend and I can't. Maybe I need to start drinking more and driving stolen cars :)

+1, What he said! I told my wife that with a nice boat, airplane, and big Mercedes, I should be able to find a pretty, young girlfriend. She told me that it might work,...but it would be tough with half a boat, half a plane, and half a car! Aye, Aye, Captain!

Maybe if they'd left the fuel in it it would have been better ballasted. Unintended consequences anyone?

This whole situation is just one big giant mess. What a shame that not only does it seem this guys life has been one big twist of lies and deceit but also he ruined a boat. A boat that under normal circumstances would probably still been cruising around for the next 30 years is now on it's side on the beach. Just a shame all the way around.

“The salvage company needs to do another assessment to see if they’ll be able to recover it by sea or if they would need to come by land,” he said. “I know there is a lot of work going on there and I don’t think it will happen in the next day or so, but, hopefully, we’ll see some activity in the near future.”

Well, at least that makes it easier to see if it's holed.

May as well bring a crane and a barge. She's toast. I bet Palm Beach county eats the cost of that one.

An earlier article mentioned that bureaucrats had delayed removing th fuel because they had to inspect the beach and Mark any possible turtle nest...

This guy is literally my neighbor. Lives about 6 doors down from me on Lake Conway in Belle Isle. The guy is a complete @$$hole. I guess karma is for real though. You def get back what you put out!

Do you keep your boat on the lake?

The REAL question is what setting is the "Owner/Absent" light set to? I guess he's absent.

Hurts' to see the photos😢.
