A good convection/microwave combo unit is the way to go. Once you start cooking with the convection oven you'll never want to go back to a conventional oven. We do a lot of cooking on board, not just warming things up. We've made roast, whole chickens, ribs, chops you name it and they always come out great.Nobody likes ovens these days? Seems like everyone puts in a dishwasher. When I had the boat up north we always used the oven. Took the chill off the boat and some things you just can't nuke. Was that the Nutone you put back in? I havent used mine for years.
