Hi Tim!
Yeah, always go for the Prop Speed. While she's out and getting everything else done, seems the right thing to do. Plus "seem" to get better performance.
Photos taken Friday 15th January, after launch. Just me on board, 500 gallons fuel.

The Boys are living their own lives. Younger one is at College in Adelaide, plus overseas every 6 months, and the elder still working very hard in the Northern Territory on the pipelines, doing great.
Suppose the biggest issue for me is moving off the water and onto the beach. I have only used a marina berth once and did not like travelling by car to use my boat. After 25 years living on the waterfront, we want a change, so who knows, after a few years we may come back to a waterfront home.
Meantime, seeing what the market is like for Someday.
Hope your daughter and wife a doing great!
Cheers Mate!
George

All fine here . Gotta give you a hard time . Is that 20+ knots that closs to shore? What i was asking what is fuel price there. Now let me guess 2,000 and making 20.1 knots is that about right? The wash looks smooth and equal. Feels good i know the feeling.

Yes, 20.1 knots in the Gold Coast Broadwater. About 200' feet from the island in 30' of water.Spot on with the rpm's too.
Had a big cloud when I laid the throttles down after 6 knots for the trip from the boatyard, about 60 minutes. Cleared quick and then she was happy stretching her legs. The rev counter on the stbd side played up, but the engines are superb (shhhhhh, if she finds out she is For Sale, you know all hell will break!)
