I hate to break the news to you...but I'm a Floridian by way of New York. But, now 17 years in FL makes me never want to go back...EVER!

Not too many people know I'm from up there...Even picked up the language down here. Just spent some time in NC, fit right in...Durham and High Point areas.

LOL! Boss Lady will be back in sometime in September, look up Sneads Ferry, NC on yahoo maps to see where that is. You are welcome anytime to come visit, the billfish are here now and the tuna show up in December. I don't need much of an excuse to go fishin, "look honey it is my sacred duty to show another southerner the location of sacred fishin grounds" plus we have to make sure that all the beer gets consumed before the experation date, and look at all the money we save by catchin our own fish! you aint gotta pay any taxes on it. She shore duz like it when I lie to her! (Fishin, what ya do when ya cant go huntin!)

Hell bubba, I don't need no yahoo to tell me where Sneads Ferry is. I've spent my time in God's country, just ain't been there in a while. I shore would like to hook up to a big ole' tuna. Unlike the catch and release thing the bass molesters do around here, we'd grill that puppy right there on the boat. Where is Boss Lady now? Freebird is still sittin' in New Port Richey, FL, but I plan to bring her home in a week or so. I may just show up on your doorstep in September. But don't worry, I won't show up unannounced. They still have pay phones in Snead's Ferry?

Now we're cookin! I'm a throttle jockey from way back, and I met Reggie a long time ago before he was rich and famous (still racin' outboards). He and I had the same boat (20' Allison with big ole' black motor). Don't be embarrassed about the 71mph top end, I'll show you some tricks to make her go faster! (as long as we use yore money!)

I am with you on the Islands. Grand Cayman is a nice place. Need a deck hand? I am sick and tired of the BS that is going on in this country and the crap that could be fixed if somone would take a true aproach to running this place like it should be.

I think we need a BS forum so we can talk politics.

I got one of them fine shootin irons, made by bush master, fully equipped with a bipod, vertical foregrip, and a "deluxe" rifle scope for targets with beady eyes! got a whole case of them "geniune" green tip bullets too. Don't know how long it'll take to get back home. I'm setting aside two weeks which should be plenty of time if nothing stupid happens. Hope to spend some time around Destin/Pensacola if the Gulf crossing proves uneventful. I'll let you know when I get ready to come back down there. Thanks again for all your help. I'm tired of people walking (or swimming) into this country and thinking they can stay just because they got here, then sponge off the rest of us.

I have no quarrel with people who come here to work hard and better themselves - so long as they come here LEGALLY. But trying to sneak in doesn't cut it, and IMHO this includes essentially all of the Cuban migrants.
