Just wanted to wish you a happy 49th!

Damn, I forgot I put my year of production on my personal page! I had all the women believing I was 29!

I'm in pretty good shape for a semi-old fart. I'm a low hour one-owner with loads of equipment! :D My carpet is beginning to show wear though!

Thanks for noticing, just don't tell any women I'm closing out my 40's with this birthday. Hey, in boat terms, 49 is a helluvalot better than 29, so maybe I'm okay after all. I'm only interested it "boat" women anyhow. ;)

Damn, I fogot you got older today. hmmm.... Possibly that was what you were so axious about on the phone.

Yeah, I'm old enough to be your Daddy! Come to think of it, I was in the Palmetto/Bradenton area about 9 months before you were born. I'm sure you are not mine though because I don't date bald ugly women!

Yeah, i could see him sportin' Earnhardt colors, but seeing as how he swims everywhere with that St. Bernard "BubbaKeg", that's got to take the chill out of his little conconctions. How about a bigger and better-insulated BubbaKeg? One he could use as a PFD if he chases single (hopefully) women too far from the boat on the backside of the current?

Hey Paul, swimmin' with my Bubba Keg serves as a water to vodka intercooler! After it's half empty (pessimist) it works great as a PFD. I'm not sure, but I think it's CG approved when it's down to 32 ounces!

Ok here's one for you science nuts out there if Crazybird drinks 1/2 of the mojo in his bubba keg while in the water will that make him more boyant or less boyant  :D

Hey, just sent a PM to the guy with the shirt. He's also got a big ole' "3" flag that ain't never been waived. That will look great with my big orange "T" flag on the bridge of FREEBIRD. I've asked if he'll make me a "Buy It Now" package deal. Maybe he can provide me with a pair of red embroidered white "3"s to put on the doors of my black CTS-V. Hello officer, you pull me over cause you're an Earnhardt fan too?

Good question there GuzBoy. I reckon somebody will have to calculate that for both fresh and saltwater. Good thing my Bubba Keg is stainless and plastic.

I think the 'Bird got the best present we could give him already.

His own thread, embroidered with his name, in which no one complains about hijacking, or the posts having nothing to do with Hatts, Boats, engines, weather, accidents, electrical systems, fiberglass, varnish, paint, pumps, or anything else boating related!

A thread in which Randy doesn't have to apologize in the first and last line of each of his posts

A thread where the Mod's PM boxes aren't flooded with comments about killing the thread

Can it get any better than this Randy?

Happy B' Day Freebird! ;-)

LOL. Hey Ed,

You're right Bubba. Life is good and just keeps getting better. I can't even remember the last time I got zapped. Looks like I'm on my own as far as bidding on the Earnhardt shirt! Like I said, IT WILL BE MINE!!! Hell, that thing's priceless to an Earnhardt lovin' gold card holdin' redneck Hatt owner like me. Maybe I'll use some of my NASCAR contacts to see if Jr. wants to sign BELOW his Daddy's name on my new shirt!

Hey Bubba--
Iffen we ever get together I wanna buy you a giant margarita--with the rim heavily encrusted with SALTPETER!! When are doing that engine swap? ws

What do you mean "iffen"? Hell Bubba, we're destined to do a face to face sooner or later. I'll take you up on that giant margarita. I like them frozinated strawberry mango ones myself. As for the "SALTPETER", I got mine adequately salted after spending about 10 hours in the water at the CDR. I had to soak in the tub for 3 days to get things back to normal.

As for an engine swap. I'll trade you my one blowed up engine for your two submarine powerplants! You still got 12V71WL's (Water Logged) in that thing? Hey you bring the sawzall and I'll go Goose huntin'. :D

Hey, I got an extra bed if you want to do the FLIBS thing. Come on down and we'll set up a slalom course at the boat show and ski behind a 68 Convertible.

I did a yacht delivery from Jacksonville to W.P.B. back when Dale died. I was going thru Daytona on the ICW and there was NOT A CAR to be seen...The town was totally shut down. And at lunch time......
That evening I said something about it at the marina I was at and everyone just looked at me in total panic. "Dale's funeral was on TV".....I was told...
Guess if I followed NASCAR I would of known.
But it did/does show how popular he was..........
Guess there is something about the "Left turn Left turn Left turn" stuff.

Hey, I remember like it was yesterday watching the Daytona 500 and that last lap crash. I told my wife Earnhardt was sure going to pissed off at Sterlin Marlin for turning him into the wall. After the race, there was a commercial for Earnhardt souvenirs, and I told her maybe we should order up a bunch just in case! Hell, I was joking, and then the local news came on talking about the crash. During the last minutes of the broadcast, they announced that Earnhardt's crash was fatal. I was absolutely stunned. I'm no lunatic, but I was always a fan of the man in black. I didn't watch any more races for 2 years. NASCAR will never be the same.

Hey, just got an e-mail from that guy with the Earnhardt autographed Hatt shirt. He's offered a package deal that I couldn't refuse on the shirt and a flag, and I'm just waiting to hear back from him as to the details on payment.

Thanks Ed, I owe you one! Betcha I'll be the only redneck wearing an honest to God personally autographed Dale Earnhardt Sr. Hatt shirt at FLIBS!!! Hope no Rusty Wallace freak tries to deface it! That would make the 6 o'clock news for sure. "Redneck Shootout at FLIBS, One Dead, One Red, Pictures at 11."

Randy, Happy Birthday!! How many times have you been 49 now? Is this the third or fourth? When you get to my age, you'll understand this...

This is my first, but maybe not last, 49th birthday! I stayed 29 for several years, but my dunlap disease (belly dunlapped over my belt) started to give me away. Hell, I figure I'm like a fine wine, it all tastes the same if you drink it fast enough! Thanks for the reply Doc.
