I am wanting to polish the shower stalls in my 53 and was planning to use Finesse-It. However, in the master/guest shower, the flat portion of the stall, just below the water control handle is heavily water-spotted and the Finesse It won't polish them out, at least not with the amount of effort I can exert by hand in a reasonable time period. I don't have a power buffer and don't care to buy one just to do this.
So, I was thinking of hitting it with wet/dry sandpaper paper first but I don't have any idea of the thickness of the shower stall material - whether there is a thin coat of "finish" and color that I could accidentally sand through or whether it's a solid plastic/acrylic with color all the way through.
Anybody know?
