Our buyer backed out today due to cost of transport to Australia. One would think he knew the cost going in..... So yes it is still For Sale!

thoward....Tim H and his crew should make it go away he's a great guy and has a great crew(remember him from his one private dock in Deerfield Bch) but if not I think we should talk after the show and work something out. I have been watching a 48LRC for about a year and they have a bad case of denial about boat values in the past 2 years. Good luck, BTW I have had this screen shot on my laptop for a couple months

Time is running out! We will be pulling the boat off the market 1/1/08 and taking it to the yard for some upgrades and a bottom job.
