2000 75’ CPMY Hatteras. I can’t figure out what this is. It is bolted thru very well, strong enough to tow or be towed. Thought at first to hold a flag but the flag bracket is on the aft deck. The dia. Of the hole is 1 1/4” maybe. Just trying to figure the boat out. Thanks for any help.

So now that we have the boat out of the shop I am trying to put all the hardware back on her. Going between buying new parts (many from SAMs) or having to refinish and re-chrome some. Just got my pilot house door handles back and now working on putting them together. I think when we are done...
