The link took me to a subscribe page, not a video, but I'll watch some of them. =-)
Adobe is full on pro system, comparable to Avid or FCP, but once you get used to it, you'll never use anything else. I used to edit features with it and I use it for my channel, now, on my old CS6. Being able to make hairline cuts on a specifc frame, speed up, slow down, cut just audio is great help on turning on the fly footage into something viewable. I'm shooting on the fly during the work on my boat and it's the worst footage and the hardest thing I've ever had to edit lol
However, depedning on the version, it is not great at blending different frame rates, so if you ever notice that your audio is gone after the first few minutes of the clip, check the frame rate of your time line and the clip. I don't know why, but my samsung phone never seems to record in the same FPS twice... so when I have that issue, I drop them all into clipchamp and render out. That seems to work on missmatched FPS really well. I have just ordered one year of the new version to see if it wiill handle the mixed fps better.
Lots of tutorials on PP, and on just basic editing. =-)
