If I was in the market, perhaps....... what make/model is the new boat?

We're downsizing. We were live aboards but a new kiddo put us back on land. New boat will be a Back Cove 30.

If Hatt made anything like it, I'd stick with Hatt.

Sorry to see you go, but the Back Cove is pretty!

DAN

YW listing has it at $105,000

It will be interesting to see why it's offered privately for more. Any guesses?

Broker and owner not communicating.

The listing is $110,000, however in the same listing it is worded in red as $105,000. Broker needs to proof the listing.

Correct, it has been checked/fixed. I'd take $105,000 is another broker is not involved, $110,000 if there is a 2nd broker. Need to net $100,000.

Varies from area to area, but none less than about 6'4". I'm 6'1" and never bumped my head.

I might be interested. Tell me about your boat, any major work done or needed? Were the motors completely rebuilt ? How about the genset? How's the hull and topside decking and flybridge? Any soft spots ? Recent survey? What's the top and cruise speeds and fuel burn?

Hello Dave
Are you out there?

3days without a response ?? Bummer, I would like to see this boat as I'm trying to close on something before my season ends.

Call the broker: Please contact John Kaiser for her complete history details and to arrange your personal inspection. I can be reached @ 410-923-1400 office or 443-223-7864 cell anytime or email to john@yachtview.com

Looks like she is now listed at $88K. We were the prior owners of the boat before Dave bought her. I have recently looked at her from the outside and I have talked to the broker if anyone has any questions about the boat, just PM me. The boat has very good bones, but needs some TLC. If my kids were a bit older I would buy her back.

I guess the word "FIRM" has not helped?

$110,000 to $88,000 in two pages. Hmmmmmmm?

Unfortunately it needs a lot of TLC . Just trying to get all the lenolium up would take forever. Your better off buying a 53 that doesn't need so many$$$$ spent on it.
