Home, Dan!
This year was my first...............................and last.

if you spent the week end with 2 guys on the boat, i can understand why you feel that way.

I'll say it again... CDR is best enjoyed with a woman!!

There were actually 8 of us, but I can assure you that's not why Eric doesn't want to go to another CDR. :D

The CDR is like a hunting trip IMO. It's more fun with just a bunch of guys you enjoy hanging out with. Now if I anchored 1/2 mile away from it, I'd enjoy it more with a woman as well. :D

8 guys on a boat? were they all wearing speedos :)

really guys... you got it all wrong... every year we see a bunch of boats with just guys on them, they look like they're hunting and dont' seem to have a good time.

one the other hand, we see a boat almost every time we go to the sand bar... always with a bunch of girls floating off the back, we nicknamed the boat "Bimboat"... and it looks like the owner is always having a good time.

Fantasizing are we? :)

I can assure you we weren't hunting. To quote the lyrics of a Deep Purple tune, "It's not the kill, it's the thrill of the chase". I take it you've never been to a titty bar. Newsflash, you don't go there to hunt either... or so I hear.

Pascal,
It had nothing to do with our crew. And, just to set your mind at ease, there was no nudity on our vessel. There was plenty of it around us, both female and unfortunately, male.:(

In any event, I was too busy either cleaning, making breakfast, grilling or drinking, to get the "full effect". My one trip out ended in disaster and, I would have just preferred to have a few drinks with the crew, which, I can do on my patio!

Too busy drinking to get the full effect? What effect were you shooting for?

Besides, I would have figured those power naps you took would get you back in the game again, but apparently not. Just one last question, did you ever convince Ralph to buy that Buick?

Admit it MakoBoy, save for that one little incident, we had a fine time... for a bunch of middle-aged married guys.

Who is middle aged? LOL

Most of it was fun, but, I wasn't impressed with the sights. I can see fat girls topless, pretty much anywhere.Reminds me of the times we used to go to the sandbar in Islamirada for July 4th. It was fun, then, a certain group showed up, and it was just bongo drums and whistles after that.

Of course getting yelled at in the middle of the night by three naked men, fearing that we would crash into their PoS Broward, didn't help matters. :)

Ummm, Eric, if you didn't want to see fat girls topless, you shouldn't have been yelling, "shake it baby!!!", in their direction. You may remember that none of the rest of us did. Then again, maybe you don't. Just remember, I have video proof.

Sorry to bump this thread, but I couldn't have it end with false information. Some of us have reputations to protect.

When in Rome.......................... :D
And believe me, I remember it, it is burned into my mind and will take years to erase!

OK, here are my three pictures!

That's not my boat. That's Mario's and that his wife, Yaisy, up there. We tried to get in in the little boat, but it was just too congested for even a dinghy to get in there. I like to visit those spots at CDR, but surely don't want my boat in the midst of it.

I should have known from the railings. I guess I was looking at other things.

Too bad we weren't able to take the photo from a better angle in terms of sunlighting...it would have been a much more enjoyable viewing for you. :D Oh well....you'll just have to wonder...

OK, I went back and broke out some stills from the video I took. I just couldn't let things end given MakoBoy's comments.

Yes, our lovely neighbor Stacy,
and if I recall, weren't those two girls "swimming for beers"?
