LAWRENCEBURG, Tenn. -- A Middle Tennessee man is accused of transporting untaxed liquor.

"Randy" aka "Sparky" is charged with transporting moonshine.

Channel 4's news partners at the Columbia Daily Herald reported that a police officer stopped Randy for a traffic violation last week and found eight gallons of moonshine in the front seat of the car.

A search of Randy's Hatteras turned up 50 gallons more of the illegal liquor, along with the still.

Investigators believe he was selling the moonshine for profit.

It just weren't rite for a man to be arrested on his birthday. I'm thinking them boys singled me out because I'm a Appalachian Amurican!!
