Wood Stain For passageway doors?

On my 1974 58’ YF, I’m doing some varnish work on my port and starboard passageway doors. However I have one door that needs to be stripped to bare wood and brought back. Anyone have an idea of Brand and Stain color for these doors? I have some Petit dark mahogany in my shop, that was utilized for some Hacker Craft work I did in a former life, but think it’s too dark for these doors. Suggestions?

Our 53 has only varnish on everything. It will amber and darken in time especially if it’s not in direct or filtered sunlight.
