Wood Freeman Autopilot Replacement

My boat had a Wood Freeman, 12 volt. Didn't work so replaced it with a Comnav and have been happy with it. Works well with my Furuno navnet system. As of a couple years ago, WF was still in business and parts were available.

Does it work on nmea2000?

I thought they were interfaced with 0183 still

Scott, thinking about replacing my Furuno AP, it's a 500? or 511? It's been very solid but it's getting old, changed out the pump 2 years ago.
Have 2 Simrad evo2's and adding a Evo3 to replace Navnet vx2 and Furuno radar, already purchased 25kw Simrad radar that was almost brand new from a Garmin switch over boat. The question is to go with Simrad NAC3 or Furuno 711c? Already installed a n2k rudder sensor while we were running some wires under the deck. Does it come down to who has the better compass, Precision 9 or PG700? Thanks.
