When I replaced the 32V battery banks in BUFFALO GAL four years ago I decided to spend the extra money on Rolls batteries for the house bank because the general feedback from others on the forum was that they were the best. Also, the warranty on other brands was pretty much worthless after one year. I replaced the old charger with a new Analytic at the same time. From the get-go the Rolls bank required more frequent watering than the starting bank, but it wasn't more than an annoyance until about six months ago when the water usage really became excessive and the batteries were way too warm. I contacted the dealer, DC Battery in Miami. Oscar was very helpful putting me in touch with Steve at Rolls. He provided several possible solutions, none of which worked. As a result, Steve agreed that their batteries should never use as much water as mine were using, and agreed there must be a manufacturing defect in at least one of the batteries in the bank. He offered to replace the entire bank FREE OF CHARGE. That's a bank that is almost four years old and way out of warranty! I doubt any other company would have stood behind their product for that length of time. I would have to give both Rolls and DC Battery in Miami a strong recommendation.
