41' CONVERTBLE-Series I (1964 - 1971)
Looking at the original helm console, I think I can get a couple more gauges on each side while replacing what's there. Whats there is the basics: volts, water temp, oil pressure, tranny pressure.

The question is, what additional gauges would be the most useful. Exhaust temperature and turbo boost come to mind. Maybe transmission temperature.

What would you add?

If room for just one more, I'd go with pyrometers

I think I can get two on each side without crowding. Where should the sender for the pyrometer be mounted?

We're looking at the Stewart Warner Deluxe series which is very close to stock. There is a pyrometer in the series, so that works.

I wondering if either the air restriction or vacuum gauge can be adapted to fuel restriction at the filters. That would be nice to have at the helm.

The pyro senders go into each exhaust manifold. Getting those plugs out to put install a sender will not be easy though. Is the gauge a dual unit? You will either need 2 gauges or a dual unit for each engine since they are a V with 2 exhausts.

You can get pyro & boost all in one. So with two holes available you can add all three!

Looking at the Stewart Warner Deluxe series, which closesly resembles the original guages, less the orange pointer.

Any others out there I should be considering?
