Water Temp Alarm Malfunction/sensor location

[Freestyle]

Water Temp alarm is going off intermittently for electrical reasons (temps are fine).

I need to fix or disarm for sanity reasons (25 hours Key West to Tampa).

Where is the sensor on the motor and other places to check contacts?

Any other tricks to making the horn turn off if nothing else?

The 12pt monitor is a normally closed system. Jumping the wires to that sensor should shut it off if the sensor is bad. If the problem is cracked solder on the circuit board, then you won't be able to fix it without having the board repaired.
