Water System Filter

Upon getting my water system ready for the summer, I noticed a crack lengthwise in the canister of my 5 micron prefilter. Currently, it's set up as a double canister with a prefilter and then a carbon filter to improve taste/smell (even though I don't drink the water). I've been having the hardest time trying to locate a replacement for just the screw on cartridge holder part of the inline water filter.

If I'm going to replace it, does anyone know what diameter copper water line is on the boat that I will need to replace the double filter canisters? I won't be going down until tomorrow morning and I was hoping to pick up the equipment on the way to the boat.

I believe the lines are 1/2". My double filters were from Sears about a million years ago.
