Get it from Sam's. It's an oddball thread size, I went through like 5 different versions before finally finding one that fit. Then somebody was like why don't you just order it from Sam's, and I was like DOH!

I called Ft Lauderdale Sams and talked to Gabriel. He found the exact size cap I needed. Thanks for the link
