Ventiliation Opening Dercorative Covering

I have a decorative covering on vertiliation opening in my companionway. Boat is a 1976 58' LRC.... does anyone know what this material is called and where to source it.... Sams??

I can't tell if this is actual wicker, or something made to look like wicker. It looks somewhat like the seating material for cane chairs.
