Vent Fan in Head

46c 1978 vintage. Anybody know where the vent fan is in the guest head in the hallway?

I plan on going exploratory some time this weekend. Any intel. prior to this would be greatly appreciated.

On my 1976 46C the exhaust fan is accessible from the top of the closet in the forward berth.
