Vacuflush update or...

Do they still make the Raritan Elegance in a 32V model?
Thanks
Guy

I have the same question regarding voltage for the raritan atlantes. I have not been able to locate a source for 32 Volt

No longer available in 32v. I have heard that some people are using the 24v models and wiring them to 32v without issue. A friend of mine just bought the 120v model which turned out to be just a little inverter that runs a 24v toilet.

Don't wire a 32 volt feed to a 24 volt motor. Not a good thing and the newer units have electronics.

I've been selling packages with DC converters for this reason.

For those of you that converted from Galley Maid to Raritan heads, did you change the size of the discharge hoses.
I believe Galley uses a 1" with the vented loop, but Raritan offers a 1-1/2" option.

I ran all new 1 1/2" hose. Even if the 1" would have worked okay, the original hoses were just too old and brittle.

I have learned on these pages that not all Galley Maids have vented loops. (I don't)
