Upper deck carpet

Was wondering if anyone has any ideas I want to put carpet on my upper deck any brands that would recommend any input would be great

I have black exterior carpeting on my bridge. I wish I new the name but I didn't install it. I was at a boat show in the Bay Area two weeks ago and saw some fabulous exterior carpeting with rubber backing. Again I didn't look for names just the quality. Hopefully another member can give you a name of a manufacture you can use.

We have carpet on the fly on the 58' I run. I'll get up with the canvas contractor who installed it. Very nice stuff/outdoor friendly/ has a hard plastic type backing, bound on the edges.

On my cruisers 4270 I bought carpet from www.snapincarpet.com. They had the templates so was real easy. But they advertise that you can sent them a template. I love what I got they will also send you samples

I haven't used carpet outside in a long time. Beware of rubber backing, it often breaks down after a while when exposed to heat and sun.

You may want to look at Infinity brand. My wife does canvas and upholstery work and has installed on boats. Customers are happy with it.

We have the Infinity on our fly bridge check out my thread on the 3rd page of everything else. We put the teak and black stripe stuff in and it looks great. Pretty expensive but a great product. John
