Twin Disc High Pressure

I have Twin Disc MG506 transmissions with a little over 5000 hours on them. Oil changed 400 hours ago ... three years. Today I noticed that my port transmission oil pressure was registering 400psi at 1950 rpms where as it is usually at 360psi. The starboard was at 360psi as usual.

When I slowed to 1450 rmp's the pressure fell to 320 ... like the starboard. Reving back to 1950 and it returned to 400. Tomorrow I'm going to check the filter screen.

Any other trouble shooting thoughts?? Thanks!

After your visual inspection, swap the sending units and see if the issue travels to the other side.
