The question is now "Do I need the license?". If you do not intend to ever use it screw the twits at TSA and take the course to learn. If you want to use it for work then you must do as they say.

Most TSA employees here in Orlando seem to speak English as their second language and usually not that well. I guess they work cheap. It's just another Gov agency doing what they do best

Thats been my point too Mark but I did not make it as well. Not that the CG will prosecute you for negligence but that the lawyers will have a field day and since you have a license you probably have insurance so there is no reason not to sue you to the poorhouse.

Scott,

Thanks to both sides of the house.... most of us are there already!!!!

I've also never heard of anyone being held to a higher standard because they're licensed. Of course it's possible but I think it would be more likekly that the licensed operator would have an advantage in a court case. A lawyer trying to defend an un licensed operator based on the premise that his client doesn't know the rules as well would not be a good strategy.

I would just go ahead and get the TWIC card in advance. I'm sure it's regional but here in the Tampa area the process was organized simple and painless.

I can't hear anything over all that noise. Why do all the french drop their rifles at once?

So they don't accidentally shoot each other ? Hey, it's just a question. I don't even want to be accused of getting into this one a little bit.

How about posting a link to that article? I blew it up and still couldn't read it.

ANUS print huh? Americans Nearing United Socialism? Knew I should have gotten mine earlier.

Thanks for the link Sky, that's a very interesting article, but this seemed to point out a bit of stupidity in the plan...

"The jolts of electricity cause no real harm to the fish. It is enough to make them turn around."

Am I to understand they plan for this to work on carp like an invisible fence works on dogs wearing a shock collar? After swimming toward the canal, they become accustomed to the threat of shock and simply turn around even though the fence has been removed. Yeah, right. Surely that can't be their thinking unless those carp are a heck of a lot smarter than one would think.

This is what happens when you put a libtarded PETA reject in charge of such an operation.

Hey Randy,

If it was a Peta reject then the fence would be opened, all boats would be removed from the area no matter what and the people who had houses etc... would be forced to move as they are causing the harm.

PETA is a terroristic organization. The bigwigs believe blowing up a lab after releasing the animals is god and the doctors/researchers don't matter.

This is just a stupid program with too many fingers in the pie

If one fish lays over a million eggs aren't the lakes already in trouble, unless they are going to use massive boat lifts to get even the commercial boats on the other side of the barrior fence or fences.

Why didn't the idiots think of this before they ever approved the shipments to the US to start with.

Never mind!!!! Another case of fix the problem quickly, we will deal with the consequences later!

Will the eggs turn around too?
