We have a 54 Hatteras ED 1990. On the trim tabs why are there three cylinders if the middle one is not hooked up to the hydraulic reservoir. It’s almost as if it is dummy cylinder
The middle one was Hydro locked and not allowing the trim tabs to move freely up or down. It was totally filled with water
