Trim Tab Hydraulic Line

Lost pressure on our trim tabs last weekend and turns out a line has popped out of a T-fitting (Photo attached). It is in an EXTREMELY inaccessible location, but I was able to get one arm in and re-set the tube in the fitting. But it popped right back out again under pressure. Any advice on how to re-connect the tubbing to the fitting securely? should I cut the tube down and try a fresh section?

I think if you replace the Ferrel and shorten the tube to a clean end it would be a good place to start. The fitting looks like it was replaced recently. I wonder if the tube wasn't seated deal enough from the start. Also looks like the wiring is putting pressure against the tube, you may want to see if there's is a way to correct that

That seems like a logical next step, but wasn't sure if that would be enough. And I think I should be able to insert a shim to be sure the wires aren't putting pressure on the tube.
