Trim Tab Cylinder from older hatts

looking for information on older trim tab cylinders. The cylinder is an older unit where the hydrolic oil tube comes out of the transom and attaches to a plastic nipple on the tab cylinder. I looked at a few manufactures and it appears this style cylinder no longer exists. My plastic nipple broke when changing Hydrolic tube.
