Good that they like it, because it will be a tough sell to move it when they want to do something else. Then again, up there, maybe not. Real estate costs a lot there, this is cheaper.

Slip fees for that will run around 30K per year plus water and electric charges. The owner is a designer and has a line of pricey home goods so I don't think money is an issue for them. Tons of ferry traffic there too so she'll be rocking and rolling during rush hour.
