Tender Lift/Crane

By the following post, you can tell I'm snowed in and very bored. Anyway, how do you suppose the 2 boats below lift their tenders in/out of the water? I don't see any lift/crane on either foredeck.

Maybe a removable davit that drops into a deck fitting and stand pipe. Like a pump out access.

I had a snow-bird customer with the same set-up. Dink spent 90% of it's life on the deck.
Marinas up north and on the FL bottom lifts the dink off when it was needed and lifts it back on before long travel.
