Are you selling just the platform, or does sale include ladder and supports as well?

Current plan is to re use the supports. The ladder I'm not sure yet.

New platform ships tomorrow. The old one has to go. Anyone? Make me an (unreasonable) offer.

Buy us all lunch. There's an unreasonable offer. Preferably sushi.

Sushi in the crab capital of the NE US? We'll pretend we didn't read it correctly.

Dr. Rosenthal knows not where he resides. Forgive him.

Ask and you shall recieve....PM sent!

They do have crab sushi, they tell me. For those who eat crabs, which ain't me.

Blasphemy Dr. Jim.... Your status as a Chesapeake Bay citizen is hereby invalidated.

Blasphemy Dr. Jim.... Your status as a Chesapeake Bay citizen is hereby invalidated. We drive 3 hrs each way for lunch several times every season to Kentmor on Kent Island just for the world famous crabs they have and you live there and don't eat crabs. Life isn't fair.

Walt

I tried them, I just didn't like them. It's sad, I know, but Maryland doesn't seem to have any trouble selling a lot of crabs without me eating them.

They don't have crabs up where you all live?

They do have crabs in NJ but they don't even come close to Chesapeake Bay crabs. Perhaps it's the water or the cooking...I don't know, but I do know what tastes best. We even go to Chesapeake City once in a while when we don't feel like driving so far and while they are good, still not the same. Now to talking about Eric's swim platform....... lots of folks got away from teak swim platforms because of the maintenance requirements. A few years ago I saw a platform like Eric's made into a poolside bar. Looked really good. Just a thought Eric.

Walt

He'd have to get a pool, though. I think his pool days are behind him. They are a lot of work, from all I've ever heard.

So, back to the item for sale....what price range are you looking for?

At the current BF price for teak, the wood alone is worth more than $200. I'd let it go for that.

Sea Eric, I sent you a PM, thanks

Sea Eric, I sent you a PM, thanks

I'll try to gice you ring tomorrow. What is the best time to call? You typically seem to post here in the middle of the night.

Yes I work at night, mornings before 10:00 or after 6:00 pm. Look forward to hearing from you, I'm trying to finish up a 68 41-TC

Requisite: My platform is 10 ft and I don't think the curve of the Hat is as much as yours. Will go measure today and reply. Thanks
