Succinct State of the Union

This link puts the state of the US about as bluntly, but accurately, as could be said. If we do not get our collective electorate act together next Nov, we are in a 'heap of trouble'. P.s., its by Pat Buchanan, if you prefer not to read it, because of, who knows why.

I can do better than Pat, who I agree with about 90% of the time, on the succinctness scale:

SNAFU.
Buchanan is right on this time, as usual. He holds everyone accountable who should be, regardless of party.
The 2010 election is underway. If for some reason you like your incumbent(s), and they have a "safe" seat, then go find a race where that's not the case and get involved.
