DONE! PROBLEM FIXED! Actually I had 2 problems. first, i did the test Brian recomended, both steering stations wheel were solid and wouldnt turn more than a 1/4 turn. turns out the steering actuator was bypassing, I rebuilt it myself, it only had three O rings. after I reinstalled it, the wheel felt much better but it still continued to turn past the stops but this time with more force. I retraced the whole steering lines and it brought me to a manifold that had two pressure relef valves. upon inspection I realized that the internal springs were not compressing the valve enough. A few turns of each screw fixed the problem. I now have a fully funtioning steering system. thank you all for your input!
I'm off to Bimini again in two hours! see ya!!!
