Spreader lights not working 1988 38c

My spreader lights stopped working. The Gfci is staying tripped on the outlet under the console on the bridge. Could it be as simple as a bad outlet? No separate breaker in the panel and not sure where to start.

Is the GFCI getting voltage? They won't stay set unless they are. I would start by removing it and seeing if power is there. If not its probably somewhere else. Otherwise try a new plug while you have it out. Also if it has something feeding downstream that could be the issue
