Not with my money.
Maybe I can test my thoughts with some other magnetize junk in my shop to attract crabs into a pot.

The new bilge tech of today,, Ion generators.
I have a project to install 6 of these on a friends boat.
I was told, it cost more so it is better than ozone generators.

I think you stumbled across the new name without realizing it. There is an acronym for everything and MSO for magnetized snake oil seems to fit perfectly. No worse than STP
