Is it just me or is the site running slow today?

Hope it was okay to ask this on here, Carl says he's having the same problem. I keep losing the site altogether.

I thought it was my wireless. Its been dropping out and back all afternoon.

Yeah, me too. I even tried my laptop thinking my office computer had picked up some sort of virus junk. No difference.

On that subject, how bout giving me a call 800/251-9992 to tell me how to clear all the spyware and crap that I'm sure to have picked up.

I know you are a computer whizzer.

Its easy. Bring the computer to your wife and tell her a virus screwed up the computer and you need help recovering the phone number for the hot chick at acme safes so you can call her. One way or another it will end up free of viruses. Hell she may even help you meet her ;) If not you end up with a new computer after you have that one removed from your A$$.

Thats why so many guys are buying small laptops today.

It's funny you mention that boatsb, we had a sheriff whos computer had some problems and the wife took it to the shop for repair and the repair guy noticed an oddly named folder and opened it and it was child porn  and off to jail he went...I wonder if it was a misstake or not???

Youch. For Randy It would be some barnyard stuff. I'm not sure where that is in the "legal category".

Ya big dummy, I was serious.

I'm a total computer nerd, and I know some guy had to fix a problem for me before where I had picked up some spyware. He installed a security thingy mabob, so maybe there is not a problem.

On a more serious note, I did get into trouble with Michelle over my ignorance. Seems "somebody" e-mailed me a funny porno thing. I didn't know what it was when I downloaded it, and I damn sure didn't know it would get stuck into a photo file when I did. I thought when you pused the x button everything would go away.

Michelle went to download some pictures, and that one popped out. She asked me who the hell Moana was or something like that. I said hell if I know. Then she accused me of looking at porno sites. I'm sure it was that goofy picture of a shemale that somebody thought was funny.

Heck, what's wrong with looking at educational stuff sometimes? My memories are kinda dull and I need to keep up with the new stuff so I'll know what to do when we get divorced and I find I have an interest in women again.

Here's to new adventures and full body armor!

Seems ironic the site didn't have any problems from the time "someone" left for a month and just happened now that he's back.........

Now that DickCheney impersonation ain't gonna get you anywhere son.

The site is probably suffering from MIC (Massive Interesting Conversation).

I hope we don't overload it, but it should be rested up after my month off although some of you did pretty good!

The whole internet is having problems right now. Nobody is saying anything, I have three T1s bonded together at work and we are having the same problems, and my service provider is tap dancing. My road runner here at the house is just as flaky. I think there is a worm affecting the servers on the backbone. Anyone have any info on this?

I have broadband cable at home (fast,1.35mb), and sometimes this site is real slow. If I click on any other forum I'm a member of, they're still as fast as usual, so it's this site. What gives?

Well we are in NC so maybe the slow down is only in our area. My work is 40 miles from the house and two different carriers, work is on Alltel and the house is on road runner and both behave the same way. Alltel data center was tap dancing today about latency issues. I tried to access the RR service monitor and it is strangely unavailable.

It wasn't just the east coast...the site was slow in California as well.

Everything is slow in Californya! :D
