Shout out to Scott B

I just want to give a shout out to Scott B for coming thru again in a pinch on a Saturday Morning. I Had some issues with my Victron inverters while I was on the Boat in New Bern this past weekend. Actually ended up not being an issue at all after speaking with him on the phone. Scott also took it upon himself to pull out his computer and make sure my system was up to date and reconfigure one item for me. Thanks Again for the help Scott. It Would certainly be nice to see Scott posting freely again.

Bought our aux generator from him. Currently updating electronics package, autopilot, and adding engine room cameras through him including install.

But as the OP pointed out, it's the support that is fantastic.

I am sure I don’t know the full history, but…

I wish Scott was allowed to post directly.

Often times I revisit a thread and see a good response from him that gets stuck in there among the older posts because of the delay.

I don’t want to hear about anyones political ideas either, but, seems we are doing ourselves a disservice here.

My experience with Scott is one of the best I've had in over 40 years of boating. His detailed knowledge and communication are what we hope for and rarely get in the boating industry. Bury the hatchet and cut him loose as we need his experte!
