The question is....I would like to replace one or both of my shore power cables and wonder if anyone here knows a source for them. I am guessing that there must be at least 20 ft of it inside the boat going to the breaker and about 50 ft of it left before the end stops it coming out. I have reviewed the posts here and there is allot of great information on shore power cords but none that I found regarding the replacement of the cord on the Glendinning system on the boat. Has anyone done this and do they have a source for the power cable?
I have already cut six feet of cord off attempting to get to good wire and it keeps getting shorter! I beleive a previous owner dropped the end in the salt water a few times by the looks of it!
Thanks for your help.....

You can find the cord at West Marine or even eBay. Can be pricey. $6-$15 /ft. Depending on the cable you need. Marinco and Anchor are the brands you see often. Make sure it is tinned wire.

The Glendinning folks are always easy to deal with. You might try starting there. In my dealings with them, there pricing always seemed reasonable.

Why don't shore cords have tinned wire? Before you order the replacement wire you might want to find out what the max length is that will fit in the Glendening tub. Pacer marine is also a good source for wire, etc..

I believe Hubbell has a tinned cable for that. The yellow or white UV jacket is important. It's not the same as installation cable.

I have searched all over for tinned, 4 conductor, 6 gauge, 50 amp shore power cable. Can't find it anywhere. Ancor and Marinco isn't even though some of their ad copy says it is. I bought some and returned it.

The Smart Plug people are custom sourcing it for the yet to be released 50 amp cable.

I'm pretty sure Hubbell is not.

I called Glendinning and their replacement cables are not.

I'd buy some in a heartbeat if someone finds some.
