Replacement mast for 1979 43DC

I have been talking with Tom Slane about making a replacement fiberglass mast for my 1979 43DC. Tom indicated that he would consider making the molds and creating the masts if there was enough demand. I have offered him my wooden mast to use as a template.

My question is: Does any one else have interest in a new mast? If I can generate enough interest I'll contact Tom to try and get some pricing info.

I'll also ask Steve at Sam's what other models this mast would might have been used on.

According to Steve at Sam's Marine this same mast was used on a lot of the older Hatteras motor yachts in the mast era - 43DC, 48YF, 58YF and 53MY. Some of the other boats had similar mast but was just a little different. 38DC, 41TC and 44TC.
