The intercoolers are back on the engine and with a few new hoses and clamps are working fine.
By far the most difficult job of all was trying to mount the bronze pipe from the pump to the rear intercooler. Sitting back I noticed that there was a major misalignment and the hose and pipe would never seat easily. I ended up cutting the pip and purchaingg a 70mm bendy truck engine hose. Worked a treat.
I will see if I can rig up a fresh water flush for them. And a lick of paint.
Otherwise job done and it only took 6 weeks.
