Recommendation for marinas Stock Island this winter

Considering Key West Harbor and Stock Island resort & Marina. Has anyone stayed at either place and their opinion? Looking at three months starting in January.

I stayed at Key Harbour a couple of lobster seasons ago. Nice people and facility. It is large so some docks require a lot of walking. Crew found a couple of Keys bars walking distance and was well entertained.

I did ding up both props while there. It is really shallow at the opening at low tide. Although I am not sure that is what got my props. I think the transient slip (last one beggars can't be choosy) may have had some rocks at the bottom that got me at low tide. I probably should have gone bow in.

It's a nice place at a nice price. I just didn't plan well for the tides.
