Really nice 41 in RI on salvage site

That 41 and the 52 have been on there for about three years. They must want too much.
 
Three years? Yeah, they want WAY too much. Even if they were a little high, deals can happen. Just like houses, cars or anything else, if someone is on a different planet with their pricing, people don't even make offers.
I didn't see the 52 but now I'm curious LOL!!! I still want to get up to 60ish while I can still move around! Perhaps the 41 will still be available in 15 years!

The engine room looks a mess. The entire bow rail is missing.

If this is one of the ones with a cored bottom, uh oh.

How did it get into the hands of these guys? There must have been some kind of wreck or sinking.
 
that boat WAS at the yard where i haul my boat in gulfport ms. i have not seen it in several years
 
Our boat was owned by a friend of Ron's who is the owner of certified. He acted as broker on our deal. He is a hustler but our dealings with him were clean and professional.

Are you referring to Ron Millardo? He owns Cooper Capitol Specialty Salvage, not Certified. Ron is a is an outstanding & honest man. I bought my Hatteras through him (one engine was out) and we have become good friends. I'd recommend him to anyone.
If anyone plans on dealing with Certified, message me and I'll warn you about how things were done when I bought a 50 Bertram from them. Leading up to the court case, I spoke with several other gentlemen who had similar dealings.
 
Certified and Ron Bethel. The Oakland Beach location. I think he has 2 or 3 other locations.

I bought my Hatteras 74' (65' extended) from Ron Bethel at Certified (yachtsalvage.com) five years ago. Fullest disclosure imaginable and easy person and company to deal with. But as with any boat transaction, you should know your stuff AND have a really good surveyor on your side.
