yeah I'm kind of wondering how it's being de-watered. can't imagine it has any working batteries to operate bilge pumps, and even if it did, how would they get charged?

A salvage yard idea. Let's see.

Haul and clean the boat. Block it and start pulling parts. Between the doors and hardware there's at least $500 in parts. Maybe props and shafts too. I bet you could get $2k in parts if you tried. Sounds like a great way to go broke.

Most yards would not allow that boat out of the water much less tie up without a letter of credit or at least proof of funds.
