Yep, I would call that a MarQrap davit.
Under that back access cover should be a decal with some numbers, that is your serial number.
Call MArQrap with this number.
Good luck. Only one contact, he may get back to you.
What problems are you having?

None currently, but on my 2021 survey it acted up. The current motor, relay, and controls are available on Etrailer as Dutton Lainsing 120v 7.7 amp. Mainly trying to get a capacity rating.

It looks like the MarQ 600

Measure from the lift back pin to the pulleys pin. Pictures and this measurement will help I D this with MarQrap.
100 to 120 inches makes it a 1000lb or 1500lb lift.
Again what problems are you having.
I have good used lift and winch 1500lb, 120 inch long cylinders and a new 1000lb winch cylinder on hand now.

That pic upload is grainy, the lines are more like the Tenderlift Classic. I will do some measuring and inspection later this week.

I had a Nautical Structures 600lb that looked much like that.

Well I believe the Davit is a UMT unit, not sure which model. I did find a sales brochure on board with a few handwritten notes.
