Port Side Dead

I have a problem.

When I don't have the charge on, I turn the battery switch to starboard and everthing works, when I turn the switch to port, all goes off/no power.

When I turn the charger on the port works, and all the starboard works.

Batteries are all good, on both port and starboard..and hook up in consecion correctly.
What could be the problem?

Your switch appears hooked up wrong to the battery banks. When you switch to port your only running on the charger. Starboard your hooked to the batteries and maybe the charger. The charger should feed both battery banks. The switch is supposed to isolate the port and starboard battery banks in most cases. You didn't say what your system was. It appears your missing the battery connection on the port side of the switch from the port battery bank. Maybe a bad connection or cable.
